Any later creator collaboration is governed by a separately agreed management agreement. These website terms do not replace individually agreed contract terms.

The website describes creator and livestreaming management, content strategy, organisation and possible forms of collaboration. Services are tailored to the individual and the platforms chosen together.

Examples, potential estimates and displayed platform revenue do not promise a particular revenue, profit or personal outcome. Results depend on many individual factors.

Applying is free and carries no obligation. Submitting a form does not mean acceptance into the team and does not create a management contract or a right to collaborate.

A contract exists only if both sides agree to a separate agreement after personal review. Please provide accurate information and do not send identity documents, payment information or unnecessary sensitive details through the public form.

Applications and collaboration are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Secure age and identity verification takes place only before a possible contract is signed.

Content, platforms and personal boundaries are discussed individually. Adria Team does not offer escort services, offline services or in-person meetings.

The website and its forms may be used only lawfully. Unauthorised access, automated bulk submissions, manipulation and technical attacks are prohibited.

We may reject abusive requests and take proportionate protective steps. Statutory user rights remain unaffected.

Submitting an application alone does not transfer rights in your photos, videos or other content to Adria Team. Rights in content used during a later collaboration may be addressed in a separate agreement.

Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory claims, including claims relating to injury to life, body or health, or intentional misconduct.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. For questions or complaints, contact adriateam2026@outlook.com. Where legally required, we will provide information about any competent consumer dispute resolution body.

We may update these website terms for future use of the public website. Doing so does not change existing individual contracts.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions are unaffected and applicable statutory rules apply instead. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
