It may sound like simply typing a few messages. In reality, the work calls for quick reading, strong writing, good judgement and reliable shifts. Here is what the role involves and what we ask in the application.
What does a chatter do?
A chatter replies to written messages and helps look after a creator's community. You read the conversation history, address questions and follow the agreed voice of the profile. Within our team, you are a personal support behind the scenes, helping a creator with work that can otherwise take considerable time.
Conversations may take place around adult creator platforms and, depending on the profile, may be flirtatious or erotic. You should feel comfortable working in that setting. You do not have to appear on camera or create your own content.

What is the remote working day like?
The work is fully online. You need a reliable laptop or computer, stable internet and a quiet place to write.
You tell us which days and times you are available, and we plan suitable shifts together. Flexibility does not mean logging in at random: the community needs consistent replies and the team needs reliable agreements.
Do you need previous chatter experience?
Experience helps but is not required. People with sales, customer contact or community support experience often have useful skills already. Starting without direct experience is possible if you are willing to learn and work carefully.
Clear German, quick writing, attention to detail and a sense for when a reply is personal or too pushy matter most. Our application also asks about English, other languages and your availability.

Working discreetly does not mean working alone
As a chatter, you stay behind the scenes publicly. Internally, you work with a team that answers questions, coordinates processes and supports creators. Good messaging is not copying templates at random; it needs context, care and a shared approach.
Boundaries and trust matter especially in personal or erotic conversations. Do not write anything the creator has not approved or promise meetings or content that is not offered. When you are unsure how to respond, ask the team rather than inventing an answer.
